How can I access TC Energy’s Workday Learning Management System (LMS) so I can complete my assigned online training?

I am getting an “AICC ERROR: Student ID is not authorized” or “User ID is already taken” error message when trying to access my Inter-Affiliate Codes training.
This error happens if users try to open the course on their first day of work. The course is hosted on an external server and there is a one-day (24 hour) delay with the user data feed. Please wait and launch this course the next day and the issue should be resolved on your second day of work.
When I click "Start Course" from my learning profile, I am taken to a blank browser page.
